These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "User") and the operator of the Flytiko Telegram bot (hereinafter referred to as "Flytiko", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Flytiko bot (the "Bot"), its features, and its affiliated website (the "Site"), if and when applicable. The Bot enables you to search and compare flight options from partner providers but does not itself sell tickets or offer booking functionality.
By accessing or using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you should not use the Bot.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available within the Bot or on the Site. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If we believe that you are underage or have violated these Terms, we may suspend or delete your access to the Bot.

You understand and agree that we are not responsible for the availability, quality, pricing, or terms of flights provided by our affiliates or external partners.
We do not require registration or login. If you wish to delete your interaction history or settings, you can delete the chat manually.
Flytiko operates solely within the Telegram Messenger platform, which is owned and operated by a third party, Telegram Messenger Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Your use of the Bot is also governed by Telegram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All content, code, and branding of the Bot and associated Site remain the intellectual property of Flytiko. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data), arising from your use of the Bot or reliance on any information provided.
Flytiko may include links to third-party sites through affiliate programs. These partners may collect data and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their actions. We do not sell tickets — we merely redirect users to external vendors.
You may not use the Bot if you are located in or a resident of a country subject to U.S. or EU sanctions or listed on a sanctions watchlist.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is registered. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Users located in the United States or EU may have additional rights under local consumer protection law, which shall not be excluded or limited by these Terms.

Use of the Service by persons under 18 is prohibited. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. We reserve the right to block and remove interactions involving content related to child exploitation and will cooperate with authorities in such cases.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flytiko, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot or your violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
